1. What we do
We build, move and look after websites for schools. What we deliver for your school, and the price, are set out in your written agreement or yearly plan.
2. Projects and plans
Work starts once we both accept a written proposal. Changes to the agreed work are confirmed in writing first and may change the price or the timing.
3. Ownership
Your school keeps ownership of its own content: text, photos, logos and documents. Ownership of the finished design and code is set out in your agreement. We only show your school's name or work on our site with your permission.
4. Payment
Prices and payment dates are in your agreement or plan. The staff editor at /editor works while your school's yearly plan is active. Fees charged by other providers, such as domain names or school system licences, are not part of our price unless your agreement says so.
5. Timing and contact
Timings are agreed for each project. You can reach us through the contact form or on WhatsApp at +1 410 220 5595. Late feedback or content from the school can move the launch date.
6. Liability
We work with care, but we cannot promise particular results, such as search rankings or numbers of enquiries. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the work in question. These terms are governed by the law of [Jurisdiction].
